4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal Rules
Terms applicable to withdrawals:

- Withdrawal processing time: generally 10–45 minutes
- Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals are approved for accounts that have completed KYC verification.

Important: z7zzz processes withdrawals with no fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may charge their own transaction fees, for which z7zzz is not responsible.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the total of the bonus and deposit amount before you can withdraw.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer details.
- A member may use only one bonus at a time.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- Bets made with bonus funds will be counted toward wagering calculations.
- z7zzz reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Loyalty Program
z7zzz offers three VIP tiers for regular players:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback benefit.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit and additional perks.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a member's gaming activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to the account on a set day each week.
Warning on Bonus Abuse: If any attempt is made to earn bonuses through arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent method, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
Bet Validity
A bet will only be considered valid once the platform confirms it and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the member's account. For bets that remain unresolved due to technical issues, z7zzz will make the final decision.
Results and Payouts
Game results are determined by the systems of the relevant game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.). Winnings will be credited to the account automatically. If evidence of a technical error in the results is found, z7zzz may take corrective action subject to investigation.
Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to server errors, internet disconnection, or any other technical problem, z7zzz will investigate and provide a resolution. z7zzz is not responsible for power outages or issues with the user's device.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z7zzz platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device or IP address.
- Opening an account using a false identity or fake documents.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means onto the platform (money laundering).
- Abusing bonus offers or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means.
- Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Colluding with other members or cheating.

- Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
